Eectronics DIY Part IV - handset pakai power charger terus tanpa bateri

assalamualaikum dan slamat sejahtera...adakah anda sihat walafiat? disini abang shaggy akan meneruskan segmen 'elektronik - tak reti2 buat sendiri ker?' bahagian IV...dalam dunia yg serba moden canggih manggih nih, kita tak lari daripada menggunakan telefon bimbit atau headphone..ops silap itu dah cite dlm bhgn III...handset atau handphone...ade yg ade belutoot, ade kamera, ade 3G, ade mini laptop, ade peti ais dan basikal disepadukan sekali dalam satu mende alah yg kecil lagi cinonit..tapi kelemahannye ialah, memandangkan ianya mudah alih, maka orang asyik alih sane sini je kemane aje..xbleh duk setempat...so bagaimana mau buat ia tidak mudah alih? jadikannye telefon fixed lain cam kat rumah anda..hararrarra...ok ok serius nih..dalam kes saya, bateri handset motorola t190 dah kong tahap cipan dah ni..oleh kerana saya xde duit nak beli bateri baru, dan tanpa bateri maka xbleh la bergayut menelefon dan memesej aweks2 disane nun, maka saya kenelar gune power charger handset tu sendiri...ni yg jadi problem..maybe hp yg terlebih canggih nih boleh pakai charger tanpa bateri, walaupun saya xpenah tgk lagi...tp kebanyakan kes, kalau xde bateri dah tentu takleh charge, dan mmg sah2 xleh onkan hp sebab charger adalah charger dan bukan ac adapter..maka dgn idea putar belit mane datang ntah, maka saya berjaya buat charger saya sbg sumber power utk hp saya nih...baggaiiimanaaaa?? (gune trademark abg shaggy ek)

hp saya ade 4 terminal utk charger..yg charger punye connector tuh cucuk kat lubang charger cam biaselarr n biarkan ia on..setelah diuji dgn multimeter kesayangan, maka telah dapat disimpulkan bahawa yg seblah kanan sekali tuh (+) dan kiri sekali, (-)..ngape saya xuji yg 2 kat tengah? actually dah uji, tp aku nak yg memberi bacaan menghampiri 3.6V sebab bateri saya voltage die 3.6V.

utk lebih kepastian, bolehle bateri itu diuji sekali...mane yg kuar dekat2 nilai 3.6V tuh, terminal yg lebih positif adalah (+) di seblah kiri, yg lagi satu tuh (-) kat kanan...kalau bateri ni dipasang kat hp tu kan dah padan... (+) dgn (+), (-) dgn (-)..anda jgn keliru lak yg 'same polarity attracts each other'..bukan begitu ek..ini bukan cam sambung bateri dgn bateri, campur dgn campur atau tolak dgn tolak mmgler arus xde ngalir...think as bateri sambung dgn LED...(+) sambung ke anod, (-) sambung ke katod..or lagi tepat dlm kes nih, bateri nak cas kapasitor elektrolit...

so dah tau terminal kat hp,skarang cari lak kat connector charger anda, mane satu positive atau negative...biasanye, badannye ialah (-), manakala lubangnye ialah (+)...tapi itu pon xtentu gak..maybe anda ade penah tgk gambar seumpama nih kat badan charger atau kat memane:

yg cam huruf C tuh adalah badannye, manakala yg bulat hitam tengah tu lubangnye..so tengok le label terminal ape yg die tanda kat kiri kanan nun...nak lagi kepastian, pakaile multimeter, cam xbiasa lak...bile dah tau,pandai2le cemane nak sambung antara terminal (+) connector dgn terminal (+) kat hp, then (-) dgn (-)...saya gune wayar dgn selotape je, cam dalam gambar nih..

sbg bukti, tengokle hp saya mmg on..cume tang bateri indicator tuh mantain 0 jelar memanjang...sebab dah mmg 0 bateri pon..huhuhu

tapi hp saya ni sekali sekala, dalam 2 minit sekali, akan kasi warning seumpama nih:

ahh boleh jalanlaaa invalid battery sbb dah mmg xpakai bateri maaa (berape kali nak cakap)...asalkan boleh sms, calling sume2 gitu cukup arr...

memandangkan hp saya telah menjadi fixed line, maka saya dah tentu xbawak hp saya kesane kemari...so sape2 yg nak contact2 saya nih, petang kul 5 keatas boleh le atau kul 10 mlm keatas...pagi xleh, saya ni 'sibuukkkss kerjaassss'...so selamat mencubelarr ekkk...

nak tipu pon cover2 sket arrr....warrghh!!!

i was going back to PR today, but before that i made a quick stop at Jalan Pasar at KL...For those who don't know yet, Jalan Pasar is a 'heaven' of electronics stuffs, just like how Low Yat Plaza is heaven of PC Gadgets and Gizmos...i was planning to buy some stuffs for my latest DIY stuffs, and a new transistor for my printer..My printer's power supply had broken a long time ago, and apparently there's one transistor had burned out and revealed the inside of its body...(more on this on my next Electronics DIY)...that transistor's model is 2SA1091, however a quick search from Google shows that any equivalent model such as 2SA1371, 2SC2551, BF421A, 2SA1018, BF437 or others could be use as well...i went to one of the shop and showed this list to the shopper, prioritize the topmost model first before going down the list if it is not available...after some searching, she gave me a metallic, cilinder-type 'transistor' (i am more familiar with black, half-cilinder type..alah, kepala die bulat potong separuh tu larrr..yg ade leper kat satu side)..she pointed that this is the BF421A model...without looking properly at that 'transistor', i noticed the letters like B and F on the body, so okay, this is it...bought this 3 pieces for 50 cent each...next, i went to another shop, planning to buy a new, two-sided PCB board...the shop did not sell PCB with the measurement in cm/mm, only in inches...so i asked for 6 x 4 inch, and the shopper cut it to its size..this cost me about RM2.00...okay, bought it..then i went back to PR..

now here's the thing..it could be my fault because i did not inspect it first before buying...but i believe its the shopper's responsibility who should gives the correct part from the 1st place...that 'transistor' actual model is...B.F.2.5.1.M...that's BF251M for you, not BF421A!!!warghh!!not only the part number was wrong, but that transistor somehow has 4 (FOUR) LEGS!!! i expected a 3-legged, Collector-Base-Emmiter or Drain-Source-Gate type, the one we learned on our Electronics class..what the heck with this extra leg?

can someone identify this for me? i barely passed my Electronics paper..(fail 1x, dapat D+ 1x..amik ko, pengakuan ikhlas..patutle senang kene tipu)..

okeh kasi can..maybe she herself didn't notice this..okaylarrr xkisahlarrr..(walaupun bengang gak) but what initiated me to feel like killing someone is the PCB board...when i asked for 6 x 4 inch, i gave +-0.1 inch deviation, which i thought it was the thick of the cutter...i measured the length and guess what, i got only 5.6 inch!!! if you ever said that "alah 0.4 inchi kurang je apele sgt", then you are stayyy-oopiiddd..try looking 0.4 inch on your ruler...this was so apparent, and i knew the seller purposedly cut shorter than the actual measurement..good for them, they managed to cheat a hapless, young, handsome boy like me...boohoo...dammit..so as a lesson, you should always inspect your stuff 1st before you buy anything..
